All-Russian Society of Inventors and Innovators

The All-Russian Society of Inventors and Innovators (VOIR) is a public organisation in Russia. The All-Union Society of Inventors and Innovators operated in the USSR.

The main mission of VOIR is to unite and coordinate organisations and individuals involved in inventive and rationalization activities in order to ensure an innovative and technological breakthrough in the Russian economy, create conditions for its transition to a new technological order that is already emerging in the world.
