Weldex exhibitors can send us news about the company, its services and products, and solutions. The exhibition team will design and post your information in the News section and in the exhibition's social networks. This will provide additional interest of your target audience in your products and services before the show and will remain on the website after the event.

Technical requirements for news:

• Text 300-1000 characters

• Photos and/or the company's logo in any high-quality graphic format

• The Organiser of the exhibition reserves the right to refuse to publish news or edit the text to fit the format of the website

PERSONAL PROMO CODE (+INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION LINK)

Visitors can enter the exhibition only if they have a ticket. You can get a ticket for a fee or free of charge if you have a special promo code.

To enable your clients and partners to come to the exhibition for free and visit your stand, we offer to distribute a unique promo code of your company.

A promo code entitles you to get a free e-ticket when registering on the exhibition website. An unlimited number of registrants can use one promo code. Use the promo code for mailings to your bases, email signatures, and other advertising!

The 3 most active companies whose promo codes attract the most visitors will receive promotional options at Weldex 2024 as a gift! We will announce the results of the drawing on the last day of the exhibition.

Use prepared templates to announce your participation on your website or in customer mailing lists.

Put a show banner with a link to register with your unique promo code in your email signature. That way you can announce your participation in the exhibition to your partners and clients.

Place the banner on the most popular pages of your site, including the home page and contact page. We recommend doing this in advance: the longer the placement period, the greater the reach of users and, accordingly, the higher the conversion of visitors to your stand.
